Service Process
1. Inquiry Process
As a professional plant wholesaler, Xiamen PlantsKing Company welcomes you to contact us via convenient methods such as email or WhatsApp. Please provide detailed information about your plant requirements, including Latin names, quantities, and sizes, so our sales team can quickly provide you with an accurate estimated price. We will promptly reply to your inquiry via email, ensuring a swift response to your needs.
2. Order Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order is confirmed, we will immediately record the order details (including varieties, quantities, expected delivery dates, shipping details, delivery addresses, and import requirements) into our order system. You can always contact us via email to check the status of your order. Before shipping, we will send you a plant report with photos so you have a clear understanding of the plants to be delivered.
3. Document Preparation and Payment Terms
We will prepare all necessary documents for you, including Phytosanitary Certificates, Certificates of Origin, invoices, and packing lists, and send them to you via email in advance for customs clearance. Our payment terms require 100% T/T payment to be made 7-14 days before shipping to ensure a smooth transaction.
4. Shipping Services
We offer flight booking and domestic transportation services from our planting base to the airport, ensuring that plants are safely and promptly delivered to their destination. If you have a preferred agent or broker, we also support you in arranging transportation to meet your personalized needs.
5. After-Sales Service
We take the protection of your rights very seriously. If you find any damage upon receiving the plants, we ask that you provide digital photos of the damage and list the specific varieties and quantities within one week. Please report the damage in as much detail as possible so that we can provide timely compensation or solutions.
